Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of TemplExcel ("Company") and users regarding the use of the automated document generation services (the "Service") provided by the Company.

Article 2 (Definitions)

1. "Service" refers to the TemplExcel service accessible via any device (PC, mobile, etc.).
2. "User" refers to any individual, member or non-member, who accesses and uses the Service.
3. "Paid Service" refers to digital content and services provided by the Company for a fee.

Article 3 (Effectiveness and Amendment)

The Company shall post these Terms on the Service's initial screen. The Company may amend these Terms within the scope of applicable laws, including the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.

Article 4 (Provision and Change of Service)

The Company provides automated document generation (PDF, DOCX) based on Excel data. Service content, usage methods, and hours may change according to Company policy, with prior notice.

Article 5 (Suspension of Service)

The Company may temporarily suspend the Service due to maintenance, replacement, breakdown, or force majeure. In such cases, prior notice will be given unless impossible.

Article 6 (Privacy Protection)

The Company protects users' personal information in accordance with relevant laws, including the Personal Information Protection Act.

Article 7 (Obligations of the Company)

The Company shall not engage in acts prohibited by law or these Terms and shall strive to provide continuous and stable Service.

Article 8 (Obligations of Users)

Users shall not: 1. Use others' information, 2. Infringe on intellectual property rights, 3. Disrupt Service operation (e.g., DDOS), 4. Use the Service for illegal purposes.

Article 9 (Paid Services and Payment)

Processing large datasets (e.g., over 1,000 rows) may be a Paid Service. Payments are processed via authorized providers (PortOne, PayPal), and Users must pay legitimate fees.

Article 10 (Copyright)

Copyrights and intellectual property rights related to the Service belong to the Company. However, rights and responsibilities for user-uploaded data and generated content remain with the user.

Article 11 (Indemnification)

The Company is not liable for damages arising from the use of free services unless otherwise provided by law. The Company is exempt from liability in cases of force majeure.

Article 12 (Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court.
